This past week hopefully was the last of the snow and cold weather.  Luckily, June like weather is foretasted for next week.  The exterior of the building is almost finished with only the metal awning, logo lighted signs, and exterior lighting that needs to be installed.  The first pour for building "A" is happening on Monday and the rest of the interior concrete is scheduled for the following week.  There is still a ton of work that needs to be done before the units are ready for rental.  Currently, we are expecting the units for building "A" to be ready for rental mid/late May 2023.
