Published on 9/21/2023 Lund Recreational Storage is getting closer to completion.  Building B has been completed for a few weeks and is 100% sold out.  We are converting the remaining units in building A to fully insulated and heated units.  Only 4 units remain that will be fully insulated/heated in building A.  Two of these units will be available for lease in October and the remaining units will be ready late November.  Construction on buildings C & D have officially started.  Crews have been busy getting the area ready for the footings as the concreate will be poured very soon.  Once framing begins, these buildings will go up very quickly.  We do have a remaining units in building C & D that are scheduled for completion at the end of October/early November.
