A lot has been completed since our last update from the previous month.  Building A has been completed for the past two weeks, but we are still waiting for official occupancy from the City of Elk River.  The city is requiring us to complete the landscaping between building A and Twin Lakes Rd before we allow renters to occupy their space.  We are hopeful that we will get occupancy for building A next week.  99% of the steel is completed on building B and the concrete is scheduled for the week of July 24th.  We are scheduled to have building B ready for move in sometime in mid to late August.  Once the concrete is poured for building B, then we can install the asphalt between building A and B.
