Weekly update for 04-28-23
The job site was busy with teams of guys working on the building. The electricians were onsite pulling wires for the office and all the rental units. The HVAC guys continued to work on the duct work for the office and started to rough in the furnaces in the heated units. The excavators trenched and set the gutters for between building A and building B. The framing for the partition walls started and will continue through next week. Next week, the powered garage doors will be arriving, and will start to be installed midway through the week.
At this moment, we are anticipating a move in day for the last week of May. This date might change due to weather and when the first layer of asphalt came be laid between building A and building B.
